Hey, I’m Morgan - your founder & lead coordinator.

I fell in love with hospitality on accident. A college student looking for some extra work while I finished my international relations degree; but what I found was passion, storytelling and a sense of place through the lens of the very mundane and yet complex event of eating food. I was hooked on the energy, the details and craft in those spaces. That evolved into different [read: fancy] restaurants and roles, which lead to celebrations big and small.  I’ve been on all of the the sides - in the kitchen, behind the bar, as a venue coordinator and manager, plus deep in service & planning, which is where the foundation of all of those skills really gets to shine.

I am steadfast in my thinking that champagne & popcorn are for Weddings or Wednesdays.  I love caviar with a potato chip, breakfast burritos and you’ll find me with three beverages at all times.
